Ranton, or the Storm release, is an advanced nature kekkei genkai that is created through the use of combining the power of raiton (lightning) and fluid mobility of suiton (water) chakra natures. When these two mix, the user is capable of producing highly potent, fast moving beams of energy which they can direct as they please. A high powered, offensive nature, those who possesses this odd kekkei genkai undoubtedly specialize in attacking.


Restrictions
    1. Ranton requires Administrative approval.

    2. Ranton requires mastery (50% of listed jutsu) of both the Raiton (Lightning) and Suiton (Water) elements.

Ranton no Jutsu (Storm Release Technique)

    Ranton is an advanced chakra nature kekkei genkai. By combining the Lightning and Water Elements simultaneously, the user is capable of manifesting storm clouds and manipulating beams of electricity that flow like water.

    Note: This release requires mastery (50%) of the Lightning and Water Elements.
Shoissuiboru (Shocking Storm Globe)

Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m)

Chakra Consumption: Mid, Mid x2
    Shoissuiboru is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Storm Element. After performing two handseals, the user focuses their chakra in their hand, forming a sphere of energy that they can hurl at a target. Once the globe impacts a solid object it will explode in a mass of sparks one meter in diameter that are capable of burning and electrifying whatever they touch.

    Note: If the user chooses instead to sacrifice Mid x2 worth of chakra, they can create two spheres instead - one in each hand.
Shogekiha (Shock Wave)

Chakra Consumption: Mid x2
    Shokkusuramu is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Storm Element. After forming the necessary handseals, the user fires a wave of energy in front of them. The wave moves swiftly, and looks much like a wave one would find in the ocean. Anyone unfortunate enough to be caught within its range will suffer electrical damage until it has passed over them; in this way, the wave is capable of hitting multiple targets until it reaches its maximum range and dissipates. If the opponent does not have strong footing when it washes over them they may also be knocked back as well.

    Note: The wave is 3 meters wide and 2 meters high. It crests (starts to fall forward) when it reaches 5 meters away from the user, and by the time it is 10 meters away it will completely dissipate.
Sutomuboruto (Storm Bolt)

    Sutomuboruto is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Storm Element. After performing a series of handseals, the user manifests what appears to be a lightning bolt in their hand; it is made out of energy instead of lightning itself. The user can throw this bolt at a target, and when it makes contact with a solid object it will explode, electrocuting whatever it touches. The benefit to this storm bolt is that when it leaves the user's hand, it accelerates to a much faster pace, allowing it to go further as well.

    Note: After throwing the first storm bolt, the user has the option to create a second one for half the handseal count and a Mid worth of chakra. This can only be done one time per use of the technique at its full cost.
Raikoukei (Storm Whip)

    Raikoukei is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Storm Element. After performing a series of handseals, the user manifests a 3 meter long whip made of energy. It is capable of doing slicing damage when striking an opponent, but because it is charged, can also electrify them upon contact. The longer the contact of the whip, the more shock the opponent will receive.

    Note: Extensive contact is necessary for the whip's electrical abilities to be of any use - simply whipping them will only cause a brief shock. If the user manages to wrap the whip around a limb, upon removal that limb will be paralyzed for one turn in addition to the electrical damage it received.
Tsuppari Kaze Mori (Thrusting Storm Lance)

Chakra Consumption: High, Mid (upkeep)
    Tsuppari Kaze Mori is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Storm Element. After performing the required handseals, the user concentrates their chakra into their dominant hand. A 3 meter long, 1 foot wide lance is quickly manifested, made entirely of energy. Its main use is as a close-range weapon that can defend against attacks, slash, and stab. However, the user can also throw the lance at their opponent; if it strikes its target and lodges into their body it will deliver continuous surges of electricity until it is removed. Unfortunately for them, grabbing onto the lance to tug it out will result in a shock to their hands as well.

    Note: If the lance is thrown, the user has the option to continue feeding it chakra at a distance to keep it from disappearing while they retrieve it. However, if they stop the chakra flow a new one must be made.
Ame Kabe (Storm Wall)

Type: Defensive

Chakra Consumption: High x2
    Ame Kabe is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Storm Element. After performing the necessary handseals, the user creates a wall made of highly-charged energy. Not only is it capable of defending against incoming attacks, but if the opponent is unlucky enough to come into direct contact with it, they will be electrocuted.

    Note: The wall's dimensions make it only slightly larger than the user, so it is not ideal for protecting more than one person at a time. This technique defends against a single attack of equal or lower rank before dissipating.
Reizaa Saakasu (Laser Circus)

Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+)
Type: Offensive
Handseals: 4
Chakra Consumption: Massive, High (upkeep)
    Reizaa Saakasu is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Storm Element. After performing a set of handseals, a halo of bright energy spreads around the user's hands, encircling them. From this several beams are created to shoot at the enemy, capable of doing massive shock damage should they connect. The user is able to alter the path the beams are moving in after they are shot, making it possible to strike multiple enemies and even bypass friends on the battlefield.

    Note: At minimum the user can launch 3 beams; at maximum, 10. While the beams can be manipulated, they can only move in one direction - they are incapable of doubling-back to move the way they came.
Sansutomu (Three Storms)

Type: Offensive

Chakra Massive, High (optional)
    Sansutomu is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Storm Element. After performing a long series of handseals, the user directs a large chunk of their chakra into the sky above, causing the air pressure to change. Many cumulonimbus clouds form and compact together, turning from their normal shade of fluffy white to an ominous black. Soon heavy rain begins to pour, thunder rumbles, and lightning strikes the ground at increasingly short intervals. Not only does this make fighting treacherous because of decreased visibility, but each lightning strike also packs devastating damaging powers as well.

    Note: The thunderstorm will last until it has worn itself out (10 turns), not requiring the user to give up any more chakra to keep it active. However, if the user wishes they can sacrifice a High amount of chakra to take control of a lightning strike, directing it down at an opponent rather than its normal random strike placement.
